Ours are made of high quality neoprene with a taped black seam, overlocked top and bottom edges and a glued, non-slip shark skin base, and printed by dye sublimation so your design is in full colour, part of the fabric itself.
Designing for neoprene? Keep text at 12pt or larger and choose a background colour other than white: bold, colourful artwork comes up beautifully.

By dye sublimation. Your artwork is printed in full colour (CMYK) and heat-pressed into the neoprene itself, so the design is part of the fabric rather than sitting on top. No peeling, no cracking, and it survives the esky.

Dye sublimation flips normal printing on its head: instead of laying ink on the surface, your artwork is printed to transfer paper and heat-pressed at high temperature so the dye turns to gas and bonds inside the neoprene fibres. The result is a full colour print you can't feel with your fingertips and can't peel, crack or scratch off. That's why sublimated coolers survive years of eskies, boats and beer gardens looking freshly printed.
