A4 folded is the classic four page brochure for menus and price lists. DL roll folds (2 to 6 panels) suit letterbox drops, counter cards and service guides. A3 folded gives a big four page A4 spread, and 3 panel A4 is the standard trifold. The diagram above shows the flat sheet and fold lines for each.

It depends on the flat size. A4 folds in half to A5, rolls or Z folds into a DL trifold, or cross folds down to a pocket A6. A5 folds in half to a pocket A6. A3 takes a half fold, or cross folds down to A5, A6 or DL. A2 cross folds down to A4. 2 panel DL takes a half fold. The 3 panel A5 and A4 formats fold roll or Z. 4 panel DL has the most choice: roll, Z, concertina, double gate or double parallel. 5 panel DL folds roll or concertina, and 6 panel DL is roll fold. Every fold style is included in the price, and stocks over 150gsm are scored before folding so the fold stays crisp.

We count printable panels across both sides at the finished size, because that's what you design on. A half folded A4 gives 4 A5 panels, a half folded A5 gives 4 A6 panels, an A4 trifold gives 6 DL panels, an A4 cross fold gives 8 pocket A6 panels, an A3 cross fold gives 8 A5 panels, 12 DL panels or 16 A6 panels, an A2 cross fold gives 8 full A4 panels, and the big 630mm cross fold gives 18 DL panels. 150gsm gloss or silk art is the everyday brochure stock: sturdy, colour-rich, easy to fold. 250gsm is a heavy premium feel for price lists that live on counters. 100gsm and 140gsm laser bond are uncoated, great for volume letterbox runs, and Ecostar is 100% recycled. Gloss and silk are priced identically.

Yes. Every brochure is full colour (CMYK) on both sides, then scored and machine folded. There is no single-sided price; both sides is the standard.

Design at the flat sheet size for your fold format with 3mm bleed, and keep text 5mm clear of fold lines. Supply a print-ready PDF, or choose free design assistance and we'll set it up with you. We check every file and send a free proof before printing.

Yes. Pick Custom quantity in the quantity menu and enter any number from 100 (250 on the 100gsm bond and recycled stocks, which run at volume). Your quantity is priced at the per-brochure rate of the price break you're in, and the rate steps down again at each break, so bigger runs always work out cheaper per brochure. There's no upper limit.

Each stock runs on the press differently, so the quantity menu only shows runs available for your chosen stock and fold. Most formats start at 50 on 150gsm art; the 100gsm bond and recycled stocks start at 250. Custom quantities start at 100.
